What is the

KonMari Method™?

If you've heard of Marie Kondo, this may not be new to you. The KonMari Method™ is used to tidying and decluttering of your home, but the purpose is far more than that.

The state of your home is a representation of your personality and also the state of your mind. A cluttered living space usually reflects a state of constant frustration, whereas a neatly organised space provides clarity of thought and brighter emotions.

The KonMari Method™ is a gentle and physical process of decluttering your material possessions, which are usually emotionally tagged to events of the past. KonMari these objects that no longer 'spark joy' and unload your emotional burdens.

What to expect in a session of

TIDYING?

The KonMari Method™ Consultant will visit your home and go through your current and desired lifestyle and habits. 

During each session, the consultant will be around to guide you throughout the tidying and discarding process by individual categories. 

Each session will take 3 or 5 hours, as every item will be processed by you personally before deciding where it goes.

As certain items may evoke emotions, the consultant will be there to provide you with advice along the way.

2) If you have already decided on the therapy of your choice, you may you may like to contact some of our therapists directly here. Each therapist may provide a combination of healing modalities that may suit your need.

3) Payments will only be made to your therapist.
