HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis to facilitate changes on a subconscious level. As creatures of habit, we are constantly falling back to same trains of thoughts, leading us to the same habitual actions, deriving the same (physical, mental or emotional) outcomes.

As our conscious willpower is a limited resource, many changes that we try to make consciously do not last long. Hypnotherapy, instead, taps on the subconscious level to dispel the root causes of issues faced in the present.

 

Being a client-centered therapy, the “ideal” outcome varies from one person to another as there is no one solution to all problems.

During hypnosis, you will have your eyes closed, relaxed, and you will only have to follow the voice of the hypnotherapist. You may be instructed to move your arms at times.

 

At any point of time, you will retain full control on your body and you may choose to reject any instructions from the hypnotherapist if you do not agree with him/her.

 

As hypnotherapy is a personalized guided journey, the experience will differ from one person to another.
