What is
ACUPUNCTURE & TCM?
Acupuncture is a form of treatment commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It uses fine needles to stimulate the meridians within our body, re-balancing the flow of energy within us.
TCM itself also taps into a huge field of medical knowledge and a variety of healing techniques to restore the balance in the body.
Other than Acupuncture, a TCM approach of bringing a body to a harmonic balance will also be employed, together with other methods such as cupping etc depending on the requirements of each individual.

What
ACUPUNCTURE & TCM
deals with

Insomnia
The stimulation of the meridians with acupuncture will diffuse stored tension in the body, allowing better rest.

Digestive Issues
Re-balancing of the meridians allows the digestive functions of the body to be reset to its original functionality.

Pain Relief
Acupuncture causes pain to subside by dealing with the cause of it.

What to expect in a session of
ACUPUNCTURE & TCM?
During a session with the TCM Practitioner, an initial consultation will first allow the practitioner to understand the issues that you are facing.
After which, your pulses will be taken. This taking of pulse would determine where the disharmony is located.
Depending on the issues and the roots of it, acupuncture and/or other forms of TCM may be used.
At the end of a session, there may be immediate relief for some, while others may take a few more sessions depending on the severity of the issue.
